Please note we are not accepting food, drink or lolly stall applications as the School provides these on the day

Fees are below – please note we DO NOT supply tables or gazebos.

We also ask stallholders to provide the school with a small token from your business for a silent auction or raffle gift pack. We arrange a time to collect prior to the event, or you can drop off to the office.

Important Info:

• • Lamb & Calf Day 2026 will run from 10am – 2pm on Saturday 31st October 2026.

• • Stallholders are welcome to set up their inside stalls on Friday 30th October between 3.30pm – 5.30pm.  Security will be present on site continually throughout Friday night to ensure safety. 

• • Saturday set up – stallholders need to be at the school ready for set up by 8.00am on the day.

• • You may drive up the school drive to unload your goods on the morning.

• • ALL VEHICLES MUST be off the grounds by 8.15am

• • You may return to reload and pack up at 2.30pm

• • There is strictly no vehicle access up the drive between 8.15am and 2.30 pm.

• • There is no dedicated parking for stall holders so please park responsibly within the surrounding neighbourhood. 

• • You will need to supply all your own equipment including trestle tables, marquee (if nec), floats etc. EFTPOS will be available at the fair for customers to withdrawal cash.

• • Indoor Stall (max 1.83m trestle table in a classroom) – $75

• • Double Inside stall – $110

• • Outside Stall (max 3x3m marquee space) – $100
